I coached the U17 team in the 2014-2015 season. Emphasis was placed on consistency, performance, and physical endurance in order to maximize exposure to recruiters and obtain scholarships. Additionally I concentrated on improving individual technical skills, on court collaboration and awareness.

Vnani Offseason Volleyball program is designed to help athletes stay active and focused during the volleyball off-season. It incorporates physical exercise along with technical ability to create an advantage for the athlete and set them apart from their peers. 90 percent of the 2014 class have become regular starters at their Varsity teams and their commitment to success has made them more efficient, productive and invaluable to their high school coaches.

I have improved my teams’ performance from the previous year by 65%. Increased the awareness of positioning, tactics, blocking and serve/receive percentages. Developed two 14 year olds into a starting libero, and setter positions on the 17’s team. Promoted 4 of my club players into regular starters at their varsity high school team. Helped 3 of my club players receive full ride scholarships to D1 schools.

When taking over they never have won a match, practiced with an emphasis on ball distributions, implemented new coaching techniques and tactics that instilled a sense of unity in the team and resulted in 65% winning percentage for the season.

  Assistant Volleyball Coach, Professional Athlete at Hamburg’s Regional League
  While playing for the team, we placed first both years and won the State Championship with an 11-1 record. Additionally I assisted in coaching the men’s junior Regional team for two seasons.
  High School Bunatwiete Maretstrasse/ Germany
  May 1995 - May 1997
  Team Capitan for the two years, helped the team win state championship in 1996 and placed 7th in Nationals.
