Jeff started playing volleyball at the age of 12 but mainly played at Southwest Miami Senior High where he was a part of the 2003 Inaugural boys volleyball state champions. After high school, Jeff quickly began a coaching career at Palmetto Senior High in Miami were he coach until 2009. In 2010 he began coach at Ransom Everglades in Coral Gables and at South Florida Volleyball club. As the 15u National coach, He helped lead a team of wonderful kids to their first USAV nationals in 2011. In 2014, he had the great honor of watching the girls he had coached at Ransom Everglades win their first state title in 24 years. Jeff is currently attending UCF with aspirations of getting a degree in coaching and is very excited for his first experience at OVA/TBVA.
