Aaron moved to Florida from Muncie Indiana where he was the Recruiting Director for Munciana Volleyball Club for 5 years. Aaron has spent the last 3 seasons at Pinellas Heat as the Advanced Development Coach in addition to being in charge of their Recruiting Program. Over the past 8 years Aaron has coached at every level of the game. He has coached 3 teams to top 3 finishes at AAU Nationals and 4 AAU All-Americans. Aaron also has 1 State championship in Indiana and a top 10 finish at the NAIA National Championship with Taylor University. In 2015 Aaron was named USAV Florida Region Outstanding Juniors Coach for 17U-18U.
