Director / 14 Black Head Coach

Ashley has a well-rounded, diversified background in volleyball with experience as a coach, director, administrator, referee, and as a player.  In 2010, she was promoted from Assistant Director of Orlando Gold Boys Volleyball to a Director of the club.  Ashley has coached eight years for Gold, and six years for OVA.   Her coaching experience also includes six years at Olympia High School coaching in both the boys' and girls' program with 2 District Championships as the Boys Varsity Head Coach.  She has also coached volleyball camps including: Rollins College, UCF,  TFA Varsity Camps, and OVA Camps.   In addition to coaching, Ashley was recruited while playing for OVA as an outside hitter for Mississippi College as Outside Hitter, Libero.  In 2008, 2011 and 2012, she had the proud honor of coaching her boys team to the Gold Medal at  AAU Nationals. Ashley is also a member of the Florida Region High Performance Coaching Staff. Her 4 years in the HP program has produced 2 bronze medals and 1 silver medal for the Florida Region. 

18 Black Assistant Coach

Tom has been a coach for Orlando Gold for the past 7 years. Tom graduated from Bishop Moore Cathloic High School where he now assists the girls program and is the Boys Varsity Head Coach.  Tom played volleyball at the collegiate level for Webber University.  During his coaching career he has won one high school State Championship finishing a perfect 28-0, two high school Regional Championships, five District Titles, an AAU National Championship, won the Bronze Division at the open level finishing 10th in the nation, and 4 Juniors Regional Titles.

Kevin Endsley has been playing volleyball since the 5th grade, and started playing club volleyball in the 7th grade. In high school, Endsley played Varsity for three years on one of the most elite boy's program at the high school level in the state of Wisconsin. In his three years as a varsity player, he won two state championships, all-state honors, and all-conference honors. He also was a member of the North Shore Milwaukee Volleyball Club. Their finishes at the Junior Olympic National Championships were as follows, 9th, 2nd, 3rd, 15th, and 5th. Kevin was recruited directly out of high school by Stanford, BYU, UCSB, and other universities, but decided not to play his freshman year and stayed close to home. After a year of playing college club volleyball for Marquette University, Endsley was recruited by Marv Dunphy to play at Pepperdine University. He played Libero from 2002-2005. During his tenure, they appeared in 2 final fours and in 2005 won the NCAA Division 1 Men's National Championship.

Endsley’s coaching career began during his freshman year of college. He coached a high school team as the head JV coach and Assistant Varsity coach. As JV coach, he recorded a games record of 56-1 and a match record of 28-0. Also, as the first assistant coach for the Boy’s Varsity team, the team went 26-4 and recorded their first ever State Championship in the school’s history.  Kevin has coached club now for 10 years. He assistant coached North Shore Milwaukee Volleyball club 18-1s to two consecutive 2nd place finishes at the Junior Olympic National Championship tournament in the Open Division.  After Endsley permanently moved out west, he helped coach Seaside (San Diego) boys volleyball club to multiple top 5 finishes. 

In 2007, Endsley founded and directed his own boy’s club, The Offshore Waves Volleyball Club, in Santa Monica, CA. The club existed from 2007-2009 and featured multiple teams each year. Endsley coached the 16-year-old team in 2008 and they competed at the Junioe Olympic National Championship tournament in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

In the 2014-2015 season, he coached Bones 18s. With multiple top 5 finishes, including 2nd place finishes at the 2015 SCVA Junior Boy’s Classic and a 5th at the 2014 Boy’s Qualifier. In addition to many top 5 finishes, his team had 3 players qualify and compete for the USA Men’s Youth National Team. A total of 8 members on his team went on to Division 1 volleyball programs. This was the first club coaching stint for Endsley since the 2010-11 season when he coached BeachBones (now known as Bones) 14s. That year the 14s recorded the highest finish in the club's history (which has since been broken). 

Most recently, Endsley served as the co-head coach of the MB Surf 18s volleyball club. The team was consistently ranked in the top 8 in Southern California and went on to win the bronze medal at the Junior Olympic National Championships in Dallas, TX. Additionally, Endsley served as the assistant varsity coach at Loyola High School under the tutelage of Michael Boehle. The Cubs went on to a 30-2 season and won the CIF Division I championship. This marked the first championship in volleyball for the school in over 5 years. 

Endsley also heads up Franchise Development and Innovation for the Golf Channel. Previously, he worked for NBC Entertainment as Director of Program and Affiliate Publicity. He has overseen publicity campaigns for some of NBC's top shows including "Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "The Voice", the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards and many more.

He currently resides in Orlando, FL 

17 Black Head Coach / Training Coach

Antonio Gaetan was born in San Juan Puerto Rico and graduated from Bayamon Central University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. He played professional volleyball for almost 10 years back in Puerto Rico and began coaching private elementary, middle and high school volleyball teams in 2004. He has over 13 years of experience with volleyball teams in different leagues, including but not limited to the Catholic Athletic league and the Puerto Rico Federation volleyball league. Antonio also is passionate about working with young people using his life story, to inspire his players to succeed in live and sports. Antonio love to help the young players to reach their goals of playing volleyball in either colleges or at professional level.

14 Black & 17 Black Assistant Coach

Matt has been playing and coaching volleyball for thirteen years. He was a four year varsity player at Lake Mary High School, where he won multiple district and regional championships as well as setting the record for most assists in a single season. He also played at Orlando Gold for 4 years winning multiple tournaments, including an AAU National Championship. Matt now coaches boys and girls volleyball at Lake Mary High School, and took the boys program to a 26-2 record and an appearance in the state quarter finals in his first year coaching!

14 Gold Head Coach

Graduated from Barron G. Collier in 1983 and went on to play Div. 1 Volleyball at Stetson University all four years. After graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, she started her teaching and coaching career in Orlando, Florida. She is currently at Winter Springs High School and has been to the Florida Volleyball State Finals six times, has four Regional Titles, Twelve District Titles, and has won the Seminole Athletic Conference five times. She has coached for OVA since the inaugural season. Kim has won the AAU National Championships in 2012 and 2013.
